Sous-échantillonnages temporels entrelacés pour l'acquisition rapide en imagerie spectroscopique par RMN

Abstract : This paper presents a method to speed-up the acquisition of NMR spectroscopic images, which depends of a 2D spatial frequencies space, and a time dimension. The spatial frequencies domain is divided into partitions such that the signal over a partition can be sampled given the NMR constraints. We propose to use an irregular time subsampling method given the known spectral support in the time domain of the signals. The method interleaves the acquisitions of the different partitions, leading to a speed-up of the full signal acquisition. This method is applied on realistic simulated MRSI data leading to a reduction of the acquisition time by a factor three.
