CERDACFF
The CERDACFF (Centre d'études et de recherche en droit administratif, constitutionnel, financier et fiscal) is a research unit (UPR 7267) of the Université Côte d'Azur, based on the Trotabas campus (3rd floor) in Nice. The CERDACFF brings together around fifteen researchers specialising in different areas of public law, working on a five-year research project entitled 'The State today and tomorrow: permanence and change'. The research focuses in particular on the State and the exercise of its regalian missions in a profoundly renewed context, giving rise to numerous challenges (security, administrative justice, modes of government, digital issues for the State, taxation, administrative organisation of the State, territorial diplomacy, constitutional issues of citizenship, secularism, inclusion). As a member of the MSHS Sud-Est, the CERDACFF carries out some of its work from a multidisciplinary perspective (management science, political science, history, IT).
